You don't post very often but when you do it is always inspiring. Thanks very much.

As always, another amazing post, putting into words things that have been shifting around in my head for some time that I haven't been able to articulate. I'm all about the list too, and it's crazy how easy it is to get caught up in it, and how much easier it is to finish 60 1-min jobs than it is to think about starting 1 60-min task!

Outstanding as always. Definitly know this feeling "It’s easy to feel like Sisyphus, pushing uphill everyday, never feeling like you’re getting anywhere"

From another pastry chef struggling with those same issues and hindrances, thank you for putting it into perspective for me.

Wonderful post. So glad I found your site (through Dessert Professional, and through Tish Boyle's blog). I'll certainly be back.

I'm a big believer in lists. Between culinary school and my blog and my home life, lists are my lifesaver.

    Unless I don't keep them up-to-date!

    Cheers.

Michael, I always enjoy reading your posts. I had the opportunity to work with you and your crew one Valentine's evening at Tribute, and it was a great experience. I think your "youthful idealism" is what makes you so able to inpire and encourage others. You stay approachable and it's fun to learn from you. Thanks.
